These phones work finefor the price, but the speakerphone is not quite as loud as I would like.

worked to help add some access points to a landline of the past, for office needs to keep the cell open.

Mother-in-law is 94 & "sharp as a tack" but couldn't comprehend the system for deleting messages, missed calls, etc.

I had some trouble with the sound on this phone. I did like the color and smart call blocker.

These are ok. The voice used for the caller ID is nearly impossible to understand. I would not buy these again.

1 phone not working and the other won't stay charged

for days I could not get it to ring. When I did et it to ring I could not answer it or hear anyone on the other end. I still don't like it but Iknow that most the the new phones work this way now. My old phone was great. No problems and easier directory.

On, but prices pretty high and landlines are becoming more and more obsolete.

Found out I did not need a phone, phone company came out and fixed something.

Using call blocking feature is a little confusing.

I was kind of disappointed with this product. Sad face...

Loved this set, easy to use and setup. Unfortunately and electrical surge during the first storm zapped them though. So after a few months of having them they were ruined and no longer work. Seems there should be so kind of surge protection built in.

they did not come with batteries & aren't so good overseas.

Although I liked the features of the smart call blocker, my battery melted on the cordless phone. Plus, my phone overheated. Definitely want to pay attention.

I have had problems with the phone not ringing. Callers stating that the phone rings a long time when I only hear the phone ring once before answering.

The audio breaks up and drops out multiple times during calls. This was very disappointing to discover. I bought this phone as a gift for my disabled mother, and she is not able to return or exchange it. Total waste of money, would not recommend to anyone.

The speaker phone is terrible, echo background. Not easy to program name in caller ID. It's an ok phone for the price.

Tried these to replace a similar several year old Panasonic set of cordless phones that had a keyboard membrane go bad.......to be blunt, ATT does NOT make decent phones anymore. Horrible sound quality, almost unintelligible, sounded like a cheap cell phone......handset controls not self explanatory, just a poorly designed and engineered product, exchanged for another Panasonic which is far more acceptable..........

Sound quality is fine but as the units have aged I've had technical problems with them. There are better phones out there.
