There is a marked delay after answering before the caller hears us answer. It's long enough that someone who didn't know to wait on the line could hang up, thinking there was no one there. Very frustrating. Otherwise, the phone works well.

The handsets have plenty of features that require little to no setup. The sound from the sets is clear but not fantastic, and the speaker and walkie talky features come in handy.

I bought this phone due to the large display and the fact that a "voice" announces the phone calls. My mother has macular degeneration but she can read most of the things on this phone. A bonus is how easy the built in answering machine is to use.

Needed phone for my home office. Unable to attach earphones to the phone/or base , as there is no outlet so little disappointed that is why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 , otherwise phone is great

I´ve found these phones very useful because I can use them far away from the base and still working! The price worth it because they can last for years.

Overall fair price . Stays charged up very well so far. The feature that turns the ringer off at base is great

It's a phone! It makes AND receives calls. All kidding aside, I just needed to update my previous crummy landline phones...this does the job.

the phone was easy to hold and seemed to work well but my mother is hard of hearing and we tried the speaker and tried turning up the volume but she still couldn't hear me to talk

This phone has a very nice back light and call ID announcement. I purchased it for my mom and she has found both of those features very helpful. I recommend this to others.

This phone is easy to use and has a good speaker (I am hard of hearing). Like the voice mail feature and ease of earning missed calls.

This phone is especially useful because there are two interchangeable cordless units. The elderly recipient requires additional cordless phones for each room in her apartment.

Works well. 1 handset is quirky, and does not seem to hold up, but other 2 are still in good working condition. Door bell feature works well.

Recently purchased this phone set so have not used all the functionality yet. Up to now everything works as it should. Great system for the money It costs.

A good phone for people who still use a land line. The phone is compact so it doesn't take up much space on a bedside table. The menu options could be easier to use.

All items purchased were Christmas gifts. Everyone seems to love them. I did make one mistake that will need to be exchanged but that was me. I need to watch if or if not BlueRay!

I am on conference calls all day and I finally got tired of my battery going on my old phone. Have two handsets allows me to switch and not have to use my cell phone. Worth it.

The a6000 camera is most definitely the best compact camera on the market. pictures are super clear. can focus on just about any fast moving object. and 11fps is amazing.

Mom needed a phone that was easy to understand. With an easy to see numeric pad. The phone is also easy for her to understand how to retrieve messages and delete messages.

This is a great phone for the price. I primarily use the phone for business (home office). My only issue has been with the speaker capability.
