Great phone, good caller Id. I really enjoy the phone.

The phone works great, caller id voice is nice and clear.

This package is quality with good sound and reliability. Issues I have is this is for a senior and the access to messages and the features are not very intuitive. Very confusing for someone to pick up and start using. This should be a whole lot easier to use.

i used to have a cordless phone that when someone leave a message, it only tell you Monday, Tuesday, etc and NOT the date. this cordless phone also display the date like month and day like 6/12.

Got this for my father-in-law. The setup was easy. Big screen which is great for him. Having the three handsets besides the base station is great for him since he doesn't have to hurry to answer the phone. They are around the house where he needs them.

Purchased the phone for the large display. So high ratings on the screen and buttons. It is easy to read. The incoming call announcement is not clear all the time. The base for each phone is not the best in comparison to VTech. The phone does not fit firmly in the base.

Phones work well. Odd ring soft upstairs before loud ring downstairs. Not sure why this happens. Used to having a beeping sound for messages so have to remind myself to check the light. I've had AT&T before and I couldn't get batteries for my old phones. Hope I don't have that trouble with these. Otherwise, satisfied.

Good volume. Large keys. Dislikes: Just too many multi-function keys that are not very intuitive. Also, having to learn what they do and when to use them. Charge light on each handset is very bright. Overall I would purchase again though.

2 phone systems sent separate deliveries but only ordered one. No packing slips in delivery boxes. 2 charges appeared on BOFA card. Returned one phone with all information listed on return slip on & in pkg. Notified by USPS pkg delivered 5/8/20. Have been calling all week & am always cut off. Have tried live chat but advised I must pay a refundable charge but first must give credit card info incl. security code to get help from a company I have never heard of. This is not the Best Buy I have dealt with before. I am in wheelchair recovering from surgery & this has been very stressful.

This works great for announcing who's calling anywhere in the house. It does annoy first time callers as it screens them and they need to be added to the database. Otherwise it's amazing.

We purchased a telephone set for our landline upstairs and downstairs. It's working very well! So easy to read and see the numbers. Do wish the voice was easier to hear though.

Works great, but still learning functions. It does not, however, have an intercom to call other phones in the home. Being handicapped, I need to call for my husband to help me in the bath or shower. Good system, but would like to have the intercom.

I felt it was a step up from the Panasonic from 15 years ago. Expected better quality and higher volume if needed, but that’s probably because the technology for everything else is so advanced these days. Happy about purchase though...mj

Fixed the hearing aid issue, but use voicemail and wish the answering machine could be shut off completely. I am afraid a power out will send it back to 4 rings so my voicemail will not pick up

My mother-in-law needed replacement phones. Purchased the AT&T 6.0 Expandable cordless system. She was able to have a phone in 4 different rooms. Great value for the whole system.

Best cordless phone system ever! The "blocking" feature is superb. Scammers are other unwanted calls have dropped from approximately 30-40 calls per day to maybe 5 or 6! I recommend this system by AT&T to everyone!!

We have a 3 story house and it is nice to have a phone set that included 4 phones. We have Smart Phones but some times we have to go outside to get better reception , so it is nice to have a Land Line.

excellent service and guidance, bought for elderly and they love it. A great feeling of safety for them to have more phones that work great and the phones are the same s ok no learning or remembering. thanks for all the help

I bought the phones because I needed more that the two I had in my home. I was familiar with this particular AT&T phone and knew I was getting a decent product for my money. So far it's proving me right.

My boys have repeatedly dropped this phone on the time and though the battery sometimes pops out from impact it always miraculously still works! I am a very impressed mother!
