From day one, one of the telephones didn't work. Rather than return the item, we simply made due. The reason why we didn't return it reflects the fact that the Panasonic unit we purchased before this AT&T unit also had a telephone that didn't work.

I have set the date and time so many times I’ve quit counting. It keeps resetting to early March and early morning. I can set it 2-3 times a day sometimes. Very irritating. Don’t think I would buy again.

its confusing how to block calls and thats why I bought the phone. Its good otherwise but a cheaper one thats no a super call blocker might work just as well since I have yet to be able to block a call.

This is a lousy product. The sound for incoming calls is so bad that we can not even understand what is being said. However, incoming messages are OK.

Can’t understand what the caller IDis saying- talk for a few minutes and volume drops so you can’t hear what you caller is saying- people that call you don’t understand the caller block when it asks for you to say your name they think it’s the answering machine- I am glad I didn’t get rid of my old phone system because I ‘m going to get it back out and hook it back up

Although there’s good reception, the volume doesn’t reach very high. It’s still a good phone and I’d recommend it to anyone.

Overall the product was satisfactory. However, the storage capability for frequent called numbers/directory is totally inadequate.

The product itself has been great. However, if you don't have AT&T service, the caller ID does not work. Everyone is an "Unknown Caller."

The cordless phone the person the the phone can't hear u sometimes on speaker. And the charge on the phone doesn't last.

The phones worked for a month and answering machine, then only 1 phone would ring not even the base rang and it stopped allowing a message to be left on the answering machine. Very dissatisfied with this purchase, but of course it is past the return time and now I am out of my money from purchasing this.

Each procedure (if you can find it) requires several steps more than my old set did...like when you've figured out how to get to messages, listen, and then try to delete them...even if you do, the phone still says you have messages. You have to download the full manual and that doesn't have answers either. How about trying to fix it when the landline rings and so does the cell? No instructions on how to stop that, grrrrrrr, I could go on!

We were in a hurry when we bought these. Poor sound, poor quality, low end functionality. Would return but got rid of packaging...

I was excited to find this phone system with extra phones and a mute button. However, the sound quality was only fair.

I returned the phone because it was very close to my modem and wifi that it had bad sound

Drops call when receiving calls, not as good as I thought it was going to be

Average phones. Don’t stay in the charger good and ear portion is too small.

Was not pleased with these at all! I expected so much more because these were AT&T. Have only used them once, and can’t return them because it’s too late. Very nice looking phones, but when we first hooked them up and connected them, there was nothing but static. The static is so terrible, you cannot even hear anyone on the other end. I wish we would have used these right away instead of waiting to give them to my husband as a gift, or we would have had time to return them. Very disappointed.
