Just what I needed. A hardline telephone with 2 cordless handsets. I was really looking for an easy playback answering machine where I can press a playback button and listen to my message. I recommend this phone.

Audio call ID is very convenient. Love this phone.

I bought this for my aging parents and was surprised with the caller id feature that gives you vocal caller id announcing whom is calling, the large display is why i purchased this, it works well for them to see on the corded handset, the cordless handsets also have the same features , just a smaller display. A bit complicated to program for them but over all i am happy with this purchase, as the sales people at best buy did a good job in assisting me in the store.

The phone took minutes to set up. Nice speaker phone on the base large buttons easily viewable caller id. Cordless phones seem to have a great battery life.

If you get a phone that will work right out of the box, you will have a great phone, especially for older people or others with diminished vision capacity.

Bought this set for my parents. They like to have the cabled set in case power goes out on the farm. They can take the handset out to the shop and the signal reaches pretty well. They've loved the set!

Phone is great! I love the caller ID announce feature. Works great with OOMA internet phone which I also purchased at Bestbuy.

Took awhile to figure out how to program #'s, but have been able to do it successfully. So far have been very happy with these phones.

I was needing a phone that was light in weight and would be easy to be placed in the cradle horizontally as opposed to being held vertically. I am 92 yrs young but needed a phone that has large numbers and a large display and this fits the bill. The extra 2 handsets are nice to have in other rooms. I also like the nice silver/black color of the phone. The only drawback is that it does not have the capability to block calls but I'm satisfied with the quality and the ease in set up of the phone. It's perfect for me.

Easy to install and record my messages. Also. love the additional handset that I can now use anywhere in the room (prior to this, I still had the old model with a cord).

This replaced my former AT&T cordless phone/answering set. This one so far seems more durable and all the buttons are in the same place so it is easy to use. My one issue is the sound quality - the cordless phones are a little scratchy/staticky sometimes, or as if the caller is echoing. I had all my phone jacks replaced shortly before I got the phones so I think it is the phones. However, this is a mild problem to have.

I purchased the product for my mom. This was her 5th set in 2 years. She loves them. She is 83 years old and they are simple to use and the numbers are easy to read.

I have only had phone for several weeks. i cannot give an overall review because i have not had phone long enough. However, the only problem I am having at this time is the muffled sound of the answering service. If I am in another room I cannot make out the caller's name. other than the unclear answering service ,I do not have a problem.

Enjoy this phone system because it meets our needs and makes it so we don't have to search for phones. We have a phone on every level of the house and the sound quality is great.

I have problems with my previous phones. But these phones work really great I love them my mom loves them they're easy to use and they're very good product.

Good quality sound,large number for easy dialing and love the notice of who is calling before I pickup when I am across the room and can't see the phone.

This phone works great for a small business or home. Can be used either way. It also has a long range on the handheld unit. Battery life is good on the hands unit as well

Sounds great love it when it tell you the name of person calling you before you pick it up as long as you program it but if unknown still tells you the number kooool

My base is on the third floor and the cordless are on the 1st floor. The sound quality is very clear and reliable
