Bought this phone for our office room at home. It is fine except the buttons are stiff. I'm hoping with time and use, they will loosen up and become easier to push. Otherwise, phone works fine.

Very dis-satisfied with product. I had to buy another phone last week because this one stopped working properly. I also bought this one from Best Buy. but this time I changed brands. The one I bought this time was a Panasonic. I feel that you should have given me credit on my new phone that I bought but I was not offered any type of compensation. As you can see from my "purchase history", I'm a Loyal Best Buy customer. Thanks for allowing me to express my dis-satisfaction on this product!!!

Always get the 2 year service or warranty plan...It’s a huge bummer because I probably only used the cordless landline to answer door&call the USVI a dozen times. My history with these is bad&ziti IS why I got smart&purchased the 2year deal cuz after about 1 year and a couple almost made it the two years but as soon as I heard or saw issues with them I RAN to Best Buy and exchanged for hopefully a newer/better product...Definitely not always the case and my last one was purchased in 2015/16&I started having issues AGAIN (maybe my 4th or 5th landline purchase in 12 years...so I just got rid of home phone service. I still have that last phone because ai missed the deadline because I wasn’t using it and zi was cancelling that service! I just went over my account details and I am shaking my head-can’t believe I wasted all that effort&$$! So if you ever buy a cordless please do yourself a favor and buy the $20-$40 protection plan!!

Having issues with the charge stations they do not work very will have to keep placing them back cradle.

Good system for the money. Could be simpler to program but does the job.

User guide is confusing. I still can't use phone properly. Difficult to set up.
