Good phone for the price. Sound quality is not that great but it serves its purpose.

I purchased this phone system to replace the 3 phones in my home. Looks good and the quality of the phone calls is good. However, we can't get this to answer messages or to delete. The instructions are from hunger. Too complex for older people.

The phone intermittently cuts out even on the hard wired phone almost like you were on a cell phone. Old phone didn't do this, we only replaced the old phone with this one because it came with more wireless phones. Regret the purchase.

Phones will not hold charge, excessive interference as well as not accepting the extra handset I ordered. Very embarrassing for a gift.

Replace my old phone thinging the new AT&T would be better. Problem the hand held is about 75 ft. from the base and can't dial out.

Wire bought this while I was out of town. Doesn't have a very good menu system, also doesn't have an audio jack on the handhelds for a headset.

I purchased this phone system because I wanted one that could go on the wall. The accessory phones stop working and I have to unplug them for a few days. I wanted to return them but the store did not have the phone in stock and I didn't have the box.

I haven't had this phone system more than 2 months and it has not been a good purchase!

I purchased this for my 86 year old mom. Big buttons, big display and AT&T reliability. Works great so far and has good reception and sound quality.

I bought this unit because it is one of the only "flatter to the wall" main unit which was expandable. I really wanted all cordless but everything sticks out from what we all have, a wonderful plated ugly wall mount in kitchen. I really wish they'd start making wall mounted phones instead of desk phones . Anyway, the base unit & answering machine works well. It's the cordless units. The sound is very tin canny,scatchy and has an echo of my voice. They also don't seem to hold a charge if you talk for a while. Now 7mos later the base unit has no dial tone even though the cordless units still work. Ugg!

Bought this phone system for my grandparents and they love it. The big display on the main base unit is great for my grandfather since he has a hard time seeing the caller i.d.

I got this for my elderly grandmother and on the base phone she is able to read the numbers better. The sound goes up high enough that she can hear it pretty well and i have programmed speed dial for her and she loves the phone!

We got this phone system to set up a home office. Although we haven't completed the set up, the use we've gotten from this phone is amazing. We can use the intercom and speaker phone to communicate throughout the house, and almost every call we take, we end up on speaker phone, and I must say, it is a very clear signal.

I love these phones for our office. No static on cordless phones and love the answering machine! I have no complaints and have been using them for several months now!

I thought I'd made a big mistake, as the first unit I bought just didn't work right -- I couldn't get a dial tone back after making a call. Fortunately BestBuy has a good return policy, so I exchanged it for another one and it is working flawlessly. This was replacing a very old GE phone and an external caller ID box that were not working so well (unintelligible message playback, etc.), so this product with its large, backlit screen and clear sound is just the ticket. One of the best things about it compared to many other brands is that it comes with a very complete "abridged" user guide that pretty much covers everything you need to know.
