Great for people with more than one space

It works great, allowing us to use it on two separate floors without having to add more wires. The third handset is useful to travel on the floor with the wired base. The wired section allows it work during a power outage.

Good phone, lousy service from AT&T

I would have given this phone a good review. However, we ran into a problem with this. When you mount the base station on the wall you have to reverse a little piece so there is a tiny hook to keep the phone on the base when it's hung up. Somehow the tiny little protrusion that the receiver hangs on broke off. The phone can be placed on the base but it falls off really easy. I tried to call AT&T service. The phone is not answered on the weekends. So I send an email. I was promised a 24 hour response. After 24 hours I called and was told the part was on backorder. Fine I said, send it to me when it comes in. No, this would be too much for AT&T to do I was told to call back in a month. The next day I get a response to the email. Call us so we can serve you. Let's face it AT&T and customer service are mutually exclusive.

    annoying sound

I like the large buttons and huge display on the base. But I've found very annoying audio problems. The base handet occasionally makes a very irritating crackling noise. The two cordless handsets consistently have an annoying high frequency interference. I suspect that these problems are caused by the built-in EQ circuit. I keep the tone setting on Bass, which is best, but still get these annoying artifacts. This thing is going back.

Quality was not there on this phone set

We bought this to replace our home phones. The batteries will not last a 30 minute phone call. The base phone is ok but the buttons stick. The two smaller phones always say battery low - even the first month. The batteries cost as much as replacing the phone. I expected an AT&T phone to be much better quality - it was NOT!

I'm glad that I purchased this item. It gives me the convenience of both a wired and a cordless phone.

Traded in Link2Cell Panasonics for these

This phone is a piece of junk. The cordless handsets regularly drop calls and have static. The corded handset/base stopped hearing our voice after 3 days and then the hearing end went out a day later....only the speakerphone works on the base now. I will definitely be returning these for a different brand(NOT Panasonic either since I returned the Link2Cells for this one and is just as bad). Maybe I'll try a $20 phone. For $80 these things are a joke.

    Horrible product

I work from home and use this as my main phone for conference calls. People speaking fade in and out so I miss conversations. When connecting to the conference call, it drops the call and says "no signal" so I have to dial back in. The entire call has an echo, every call. I would never recommend this product.
