Getting voicemail setup is a little tricky even if reading directions!

The phones themselves work great, but the answering machine does not have a battery backup so you have to set it up again after an outage and the machine is suposed to tell you the name of the caller but cannot pronounce most words well enough to even guess the name of the caller. This was the primary function that i was looking for. Don't waste your money.

Had to return it because it wouldn't hang on the wall.

not a nice telephone device. Need more work by company.

Main phone is okay, but the other two wireless attachments don't work. I haven't had the chance to take it back. too busy.

I was not guided correctly by your sales people even though I told them that this was for my business and needed to have very clear reception.

Cordless phones are great for those of us who still have landlines but not so great in a power outage. This phone system has a corded base that still allows you the ability to call out in a power outage. That is awesome! Sound quality is awesome and the cordless units hold a long charge.

We needed an upgrade with features, but not over the top. This system is quite intuitive and was basically a plug and play event. Messages and incoming calls display both on the base unit as well as the remote phones; a pleasure to use.

Bought this phone system for our office and shop. The phone itself is nice looking. The intercom system is great; it's crisp and clear, and saves on the running back and forth. Would recommend this phone system.

I like the look of this phone. I could hear conversation clearly.
