Sound is not too great. Screen on some of the phones went blank after just a few months. Suggest purchasing protection plan as I had to exchange this for a new set twice.

    Not for Me

I wanted something simple that a "great grandmother" could understand. This was too complicated for me. EG, the handbook was about 200 pages! I was also looking (at ATT's suggestion) for an AT&T prepaid flip phone. You don't carry that.

OK phone, call blocking nice feature

Phone system it self is ok. Smart Call blocking feature is nice, but you must add phone numbers into phone manually. The product documentation states the Connect to Cell Android app can be used to sync contacts to this phone system. Connect to Cell app is no longer available and web site stated check out the latest app at the of June 2019; its now Sept '19. Called Tech Support and they have no updated details on if / when this app would be released in the future. I will be returning this item since it is not worth paying for Bluetooth support to sync contacts when the functionality is no longer supported.

Good Features / Wall Mounting Terrible

We bought this 3 handset phone system to replace an old phone system. The old system wore out and it sounded like you were listening to people underwater. When we took the new phone system out of the box, I was amazed by all the great features it has. The technology has advanced since we had last replaced our phone system many years ago. This is why I'm giving this review 2 stars instead of 1. However, when we tried to mount the phone to the wall (we have a mounting plate and we do not want the phone sitting on our granite counter tops), we immediately realized this is going to be a problem. The bracket that comes with the phone only mounts one way and there is no way to adjust it. When we try to mount the phone on the wall flat, we found out this is not possible. The bracket forces you to have to mount the phone so that it is sitting on the mount in the same way that it would sit on the counter top. So it juts out from the wall, it's higher than my wife's height, and the mounting bracket is exposed on the wall. With the old phone we didn't have any of these issues. This means that our only options to fix this are to either cut a hole in the wall so we can move the mount down the wall closer to the counter, move the phone to another room (which we don't want to do because this is our main floor where we need the phone), or take the phone back and get a different model. It's unfortunate that the bracket that comes with the phone is not adjustable so that the phone can be mounted flat against the wall like before.

Have been using this for 1 month so far. Cheap feeling plastic, hard to hear, but I like the smart block, and caller id announcement even though it’s not clear English. Also the usb charging port comes in handy!

    Hazard - Power Cord

Power cord melted at fuze area on cord for first set at 11 months. Power cord melted at fuze on 2nd set at 3 months. Power cord is unique LAN type connector which is not available on-line or AT&T. Phone is behind a high end computer UPS, so not a power surge.
