    Great Phone

I've had this phone for about a month now and have to say the quality is great. The speaker phone is crisp and loud...which is what I use most of the time in my home office. Being able to put a call on speaker without picking up the handset is a plus for me. Synching with my iPhone was simple and allows me to answer calls on this rather than on my cell. Synching the phone contacts also added all of my contacts without having to enter them in...very nice! The included USB charger is convenient for charging the phone too as it eliminates a plug in the wall. The cordless sound quality is excellent and has a great range. The only thing that I'm not fond of is the speed dial...You have to click on a button to select a dial list in order to scroll through to find the number to dial. This probably isn't a big deal for most users but I have 200+ numbers and it does get cumbersome.

I was so disappointed with the phone. The sound faded out when I was talking to people. When I wasn't on speaker, there was buzzing coming from the phone. Got a second one and the same things happened. I returned them.

This product is a complete disappointment! These phones all have a terrible loud buzzing when talking on the phone. When on speaker you can barely be heard by the person on the other end. I will be returning.

Easy to Use and Easy to set up!

My first experience with a phone that could also answer and make calls through my cell phone. Set up was a piece of cake. I did not download software to my phone the Bluetooth paired with no problem and works wonderful. I like that I can place my Droid phone on the Charging Port and answer my phone on any AT&T phone in the house. My office is downstairs and I love not having to run down and try and answer the phone when I forget to bring it upstairs. Phone is a little light weight and that's the only reason I don't give it a "5-Star". I don't use Speed Dial so that was no issue with me. If you have an iPhone or newer Droid, this will work great with Bluetooth Pairing!

I looked at many different models before selecting this for my mother in-law. Gives you option to link my two cellphones, also has spoken caller ID. Has the option to add extra handsets.

    Features promised, some not delivered

Every year for the past several years I've been trying to upgrade my 10 year old (then "state of the art") cordless telephone, but every system I tried had fatal flaws. This phone is feature rich, but some are seriously flawed, and others are simply absent. Are the flaws once again fatal? Read on. Important features of this system include Bluetooth to seamlessly integrate a mobile phone with the house system, Quiet Mode that silences ALL handsets, very good sound quality, shared phone book, downloadable phone book, and logical layout of the keys. Important features that are MISSING include speed dialing, handset renaming, and custom ring for any phone book entry. What works: Bluetooth pairing with newer mobile phones works smooth, the integration of the mobile phone with the house system is impressive, and the sound quality is really quite good, The "answer" and "end" call keys are logically placed; some other cordless makers illogically locate the end call key. The Quite Mode sets a fixed duration of 1-12 hours, but another brand of cordless adds an "Always On" option that works better for me. What doesn't work: 1) Bluetooth pairing with older mobile phones will not work because of an older protocol (common problem for every Bluetooth enabled cordless phone brand that I know of). 2) The phone book for my new Samsung Galaxy S3 would not download, unlike to my 2 cars ("Bluetooth Busy" error on the cordless); I had to load an app on the Samsung to make it work. 3) The caller ID would mostly fail to match an existing entry in the downloaded phone book (thus CID "Timbuktu, USA 501-555-1111" doesn't map to "Mary's Cell 501-555-1111" in the phone book 9/10 times). 4) The handsets are lightweight, and I don't have a lot of faith in the durability of the keys and case. The decision to keep the phone was carefully deliberated. This is the best system I've tried in years, and without the faulty software I rate it a 4.5/5. In the end, the flaws proved that, except for the Bluetooth, the AT&T is not worth replacing my trusty old Uniden. I'll try again next year.

great value with multiple base units & cell tie-in

We needed to replace our house phones because of interference of 2.4 MHz home phones with router signal. This did the job and with all the base units and ability to tie in to smart phones it is great value. We have had the phones about a month and they have been working great

The clarity is very nice - I didn't realize how much my old set had lost. The Bluetooth connections are solid and reconnect automatically when we get home with our cell phones.

I purchased the phone system yesterday after reading the reviews, I came home set up the system, and the base would not work. It was either the power cord or the base itself was not getting power. I called the 1-800 number and talked with their support team, the lady was short with me and not much help either. She seemed short with me and so on, so I packed the phones back up and got a credit. I had a panisonic which after 5 years I still use, just thought I needed to upgrade, think I'll stick with Panisonic...
