    This set came with 5 handsets and 1 base. I just plugged it in and it worked. The buttons on the base could be a little bigger.

    I'm really not happy with it because it seems that for some reason I have to dial a number twice before it goes through. Also the person on the other end always has a problem hearing me. Don't get me wrong Best buy has always been good about returning something but I I've always bought the protection plan then I have to pay another 25.00 whenever something doesn't work.

    Overall good desk phone--- Instructions a bit hard to follow Reps at AT&T even thought instructions were quite complicated at times

    Bought it to connect to cells and have never bothered to read the directions. All calls to home number are bogus, and it is hard to answer and make calls, depending on how many times you press the green button. Asking to much of a phone, so there's too many menu options to miss. Only thing it's used for is to find missing cell phone.
