    If you are thinking about buying from BestBuy, please read this true story. I pray that it does help someone. Phone was delivered around July-10-2020, opened the packet after two weeks. After replacing my old phone with this phone, call started dropping randomly. I reached out to BestBuy customer service and they refuse to exchange or return the phone. I wish I would have purchased from Amazon..now I have to throw this phone in the trash and started using my old Panasonic phone. Very bad customer service with BESTBUY , I will never shop at bestbuy in my life time and I will never recommend. If you care for one customer then show me you care...
