    I purchased this to replace a Panasonic home phone system since I wanted to try something new. I waited over a month to install it so by the time I had discovered the flaws it was too late to return this (my fault). Allow me to provide some detailed feedback here: 1) In the Panasonic phones, you can rename each handset, but AT&T does not support this. Hence, you have to remember that 'handset 3' is in the downstairs bedroom... 2) The range is not as good as the Panasonic phones. We have the base unit in our 2nd-floor kitchen, and our master bedroom is on the same floor, with a bit of blockage (an open staircase), and the handset in that bedroom drops in and out. Ridiculous. 3) I have a 3rd-floor loft right above where the base unit is located, and the Bluetooth will not connect to my cell phone when I am in this loft. Seriously? C'mon, AT&T. 4) When you are closer to the base unit, the handset work great, with a clear voice, and the phones themselves seem to have a good build quality. Kudos for that. I am going to try and get a year out of this investment but will be buying the Panasonic cordless phones again the next time. No more AT&T.

    No option to auto-answer when lifted from charging base. Poor use of screen space - small hard to read fonts and a large amount of empty space. Connect-to-cell with iPhone disables CallerID on Apple Watch. Sound cuts in and out badly on calls using bluetooth and FaceTime voice. I re-installed my old Panasonic system and boxed up the AT&T phones and put them in the closet. A big waste of money.

    Isn't there a way to automatically transfer the names and numbers from old phone to new one? Otherwise, phone is good.

    Base has no back up battery. Base loses hour and day date every time a call comes in. Followed date and time instructions and still loses these on every call???
