    Navigation to desired stored items is difficult. Bottom line it is difficult to use all the features on the system and remember where everything is located/buried . Speaker quality is average.

    I love this answering machine! The machine works as advertised.It automatically screens out robo calls and has other screening tools to be applied to all incoming calls. It's a b it cumbersome to use at first but the benefits rapidly out weigh any trouble learning to use it. At least 4 of the many people I've told about it are going to get themselves one.

    The narrow curved back of the phone makes it difficult to hold on too. This is especially true if you are going to try to hold your head against it and your shoulder to use both hands. It’s base is also so light that the handset easily tips over

    I was told by Best Buy staff that older ATT phones could be programmed to expand this system. Tried and not possible. Called to discuss and was told BB only contracts to sell phones made in China and could not help me. System says its expandable to 12 phones.
