Phone does not work

I could not return it to Best Buy because when I became aware of the problem it was after 15 days. I called AT&T had to pay $21.00 to return the phone after 3 tries to get through to a live being.Then I received 2 weeks later a phone that was returned by someone else. The saga continues. I can"t get my money back I am told because I didn't purchase the phone from AT&T Store on line.I received a lot of blame from AT&T saying it was line I explained I have AT&T as my carrier. Today I am going to try calling AT&T. I will never purchase anything else from Best Buy or AT&T products.

I spent 15+ dollar5s more on these. Probabaly out of stupidity being an at&t retiree. This set is so messed up. It delays the incoming audible so that I hear three rings and then auto to v/mail. At&t claims that my number is set to max rings before going to v/m. This set has been more than discouraging ! Several other issues with them. Also they don't talk as far from base as V-tech did. I will replace these shortly when I purchase a set from somewhere else.

It is confusing how to listen to messages, then delete the message, and also how to identify missed caller. There is static in the receiver also.

The new phones have a buzzing sound in the background and are just not as clear and crisp sound. They also are not as "user-friendly" in searching for numbers. I wish I could trade these for Panasonic units!
