A good system, perhaps, if we could get it set up

We thought we had our contacts loaded on and the answering machine working, but neither works at this point. If we are not here to answer the phone, we loose the call.

Stick with telephone seevice

Static, delay when using speaker phone, bad battery charging, short battery life. The availability of programming did not work as indicated in instructions. Only thing I liked was the Suspected Spam caller ID.

The Line Phone from Hell

I have no idea who may have called me! I contacted Spectrum, and the tech advisor told me that the AT & T phone I bought has a built-in spam blocker. Why is it blocking everything? I tried removing the block entirely, but the phones are still not ringing in all the rooms. This thing is driving me crazy!

Not the greatest to comprehend

I can record my message and do have it set up that we do have a VM, but will not record it them. I tried to see if the Geek Squad can help & found out that the cost is more than the phone set is, which is ridiculous!

Do not get these phones.

We bought them online - same as what we had before - only a newer version. Power level is not good - lots of static, unless you are using the base hand set - and staying close to the base. I cannot go around and water flowers or do laundry while on the phone anymore. Not good for us.

Service vs equipment = no winners

When I changed my service bundle to Spectrum, I lost that reliability. Not sure if that was due to the equipment or service, but the two aren't working well together.
