Last time we get an AT&T cordless phone set. For starters the ringtones are really simple and very short so you can't even hear the phone half the time. Next is the contact list, it only stores 200 numbers. If you don't own a smart phone then obviously you will need more then 200 numbers. The directions are also pretty bad and don't explain half of the questions you need answers for. Exchanged it for a Panasonic system instead, never had issues with them.

Poor reception with an echo. Would not purchase this model again

I don't think it connects calls as it should! It certainly blocks calls from unwanted callers, this is does very well

What a nightmare setting this up. I’m not going to go into details, but I would purchase a much more elementary phone in the future.

It is very hard to set up can’t seem to delete new messages and call blocking they still come thur

people could not hear us well, we could not hear them well also....even at highest volume...occasional feedback,,,,overall tinny performance...going back to my old Panasonic

not the best by at&t my last set was far better will not buy that brand again, not great when using hearing aids

These phones are terrible. While talking they cut in and out of the conversation like you've been disconnected. The return time is short and now we're stuck with $150 for these useless phones. Stay away from a purchase of these.

I would not buy this phone again or recommend it to a friend

POOR reception even when your 5 feet from base 25 ft out forget having a clear conversation . My old at&t half the price worked better and a much longer range.

Doesn't hold a charge for long should of bought a nother brand

Every time we lose power our phone doesn't work. The HS is suppose to charge the base. We lost power a few weeks ago and still not one HS has been able to charge the base even though it is telling me that! SO frustrated that I will not buy another product like this. I guess we are going to join the band wagon of the cell phone is the home phone too.

I threw the phones out. My current A T and T phones have a Call Block button. This enables you to look at a call and push the button to block that number. No one is going to the trouble of setting up all the directories the latest version imagines. Whoever designed this phone is missing some customer input.

don't like it very light, made cheap not able to just do a recall and call back either

The phones didn't work. Inundated with static and frequently shut off. I am disappointed and elected not to try another set.

Great phone and works well. Unfortunately i can't get a headset (blue tooth) that works with this phone.

Bought to replace cordless with cell phone link that worked fine for several years but was not compatible with the XR or 11. Could not get the att to stay connected to these cell phones. Finally exchanged for different brand that is auto connecting and staying connected.

This phone has exceeded my expectations in stopping calls from salesmen and bogus charities. Great voice quality was the real driver to purchase for which I love the phone

After talking for about 10minutes, the handsets start with static interference.

You can’t see the voice mail message telling you that you have voice mail. The instructions are very hard to understand I wanted to set speed dial yet I still haven’t figured that out yet. I’m really sorry I purchased this phone. I keep telling myself I’ll get use to it but I don’t know
