I am very connected now with your expandable cordless phones.

I tried two CLP99587, after replacing my ATT with 5 handsets, from about ten years ago. It was just time! Never had any trouble as far as noise with the old set. This new one, each depression on the keypad buzzed and the party I called had like white noise constantly when they spoke, and when there was a moment of silence, it was white noise, not buzzing or hissing though. Very annoying. The handsets were not well planned out either. I kept hitting CELL 1 to dial and CELL 2 to hang up. And call blocking was too many steps. I just found it confusing. I actually thought my lines were bad, so I hooked up my old ATT again, and it was clear, no noise. So, it's definitely the units. I finally changed it to the Panasonic KX-TGF7775 at Best Buy. Great decision. Easier to use, silence on the line, and better made in my opinion. Well worth the extra money. And I always deal with Best Buy as opposed to saving money online because there is never a problem exchanging or returning on the spot!

It is ZERO STARS. An absolute piece of junk. AT&T replaced the first one after two months. The speaker phone crackled and squealed so badly, you could not here the calling party. If you press the speaker button, it would disconnect your call. Battery life in each handset was 2 to 3 days. Phone range was terrible. They replaced it with one that did not last a week. It did exactly as the first, but in addition the original one, the Call Block stopped functioning, cell phone blue tooth failed.

Not sure why AT&T sells connect to cell phones when they discontinued supporting the app in 2020... Don't waste your money the app won't work with your cell phone

Purchases to eliminate constant "robocalls and annoying spam calls" . I created my allow list and the system will repeatedly block allowed calls or have allowed calls ring and ring with no pick-up for a voicemail. Ergo, allowed callers cannot get through so the system is totally worthless and is therefore, a shameful product being sold by Best Buy !

It's been about 8 months -- and now THREE of these phones no longer ring. The FOURTH one, the one that DOES ring, is so faint you can barely hear it even with your ear on the phone. Garbage.
