For those still using landline or internet phone service, this is a great system. Easy setup, 5 stations & integration options for 2 mobile #s, this offers everything needed for a multi-level home. Nice, readable large display and large buttons make this a great choice for older adults - easy to use. Many options for the contacts list. I have not tried setting up any one-touch dialing, but it should be there for starred contacts. An upgrade for connecting contacts from a computer or importing via Bluetooth would be nice, but not yet on this model - old-school data entry. That would be my ONLY negative. Spend 10-15 minutes entering family & friends- done. Not a big deal. Super clear sound on all units makes this the right choice.

Bluetooth range from cell better than expected for plastered walls. Intercom (push to talk) feature is really handy. Looking forward to smart call block feature. Easy to set up. Great product.

After having 2 Panasonic phone systems break down after less than 6 months we decided to give another brand a try. This is working great, clear reception lost of features and easy operation.

I needed to update my house phones and recorder and found this model with several phones plus the recorder. It was a simple install and the setup is also straight forward. The call screening is pretty aggressive but it sure does a good job getting rid of the solicitation calls. That I liked but some of my friends didn't follow the instructions so didn't get through either. Not the phone's fault but perhaps surprised a few callers. So far, I'm satisfied with the product. I have yet to connect my cell phone to it but will be doing that so I can use a house phone yet talking through the cell number. An interesting feature.

The phone does everything it says it could, ex; pair with cell, block unwanted callers. Also has great sound, and if have special ring for your cell it will copy that you know whose cell is ringing. You can easily add additional sets to this, very easy to hook up.

Sound quality on these phones is satisfactory but the shining star of the system is the spam filter. It forces the caller to offer up their name or other message before it rings at all on the handsets, ensuring that a human caller is on the line, plus gives you the ability to add unwanted callers to a blacklist that will automatically reject them and has a whitelist that will automatically send callers in your list straight through without jumping through any hoops. You can also tether (by bluetooth) two cell phones to the system if you want to be able to answer you cell anywhere in the house on the handsets.

Easy to set up, many good features such as the Smart Call Blocker. Phones have good range.

This phone system is perfect. I was averaging 60 spam phone calls a month, some as early as 5:45 am. This phone blocks all automated computer calls and if a human that isn't in my directory calls they have to follow the prompts and announce themselves before getting through and even at that, I can deny the call or answer and if I want it I can answer and even allow it every time. The phone will add it to my directory and all I have to do is edit it putting in the persons name. it just lists all the 'missed' calls with their number etc. Many are listed as Spam Risk. I love this system.

1. The 10 ring tone options are not good. It allows Bluetooth connection to smartphones, why not allow for an optional custom ringtone from cell phone? 2. Speaking of connection to smartphone, the claim made is you can download the smartphone contacts to this system. While that is technically true, the impression is those contacts will be included into the Allow List that bypasses Screening, but that is not true. Someone missed the boat by not making that work as implied, especially if ATT is the carrier for the smartphone. 3. Why do you have to scroll through every contact starting with number 1? Not even the option to jump ahead to different letter for a contact by selecting A through Z first? 4. I've only had the phone installed today. So far the range, sound quality, screening, and other features seem decent but are not WOW! Could be SO much better. Maybe the above comments are not 100% due to being new user...but shouldn't a new user find it easy to do these things if they are available? It is 2018, these phones should be far smarter than this for $120. My $100 smartphone from 10 years ago had better programming, not sure why a landline has to be so far behind the smart curve.

This phone is wonderful. I can block calls and, at the same, allow calls from friends. It blocks robo calls and people I don't know. It announces caller names, too. It is also helpful to have the four extensions. I can't recommend this phone more highly.

LOVE THE 5 HANDSETS, EASY SETUP AND SYNCING WITH YOUR CELL PHONE, WEASY TO DOWN LOAD YOU CELLS CONTACTS. THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE IS WHEN I ANSWER THE CELL PHONE CALL MY PHONE ALSO SEEMS TO PICK UP, I AM SURE IF I READ THE BOOK THAT I WOULD GET THAT FIGURED OUT. NO DEAL BREAKER FOR ME. I JUST WANTED TO HAVE MY CONTACTS STORED AND ALOT OF TIMES I HAVE MY RINGER OFF WHEN I GET HOME AND IF I FORGET TO TURN IT ON THE PHONE SYSTEM RINGS(WITH SPECIAL RING TONE TO TELL YOU IT IS THE CELL) IT WILL ALSO READ OUT THE NAME OF THE PERSON CALLING JUST LIKE YOUR CELL. GREAT SYSTEM

After using for several months I've decided I now have enough information to write a review. While it did take some time to set up and maybe wasn't the most intuitive system, overall I'm very happy with this phone system. The call screening is AWESOME. No more solicitors!!!! Easy enough to add a number to a blocked or allowed list. I haven't really put an effort into the pairing with cell phone thing but I guess if you are looking for a land line phone you might be about as technology savvy as me anyway!

Reduces annoying cold calls. Only people on list or they must say their name before it even rings through! Great range and sound quality. Pretty easy to set up once you read manual. Or phone has an automated set up to help as well.

I purchased these phones at replacement phones for my parents and was surprised that they have a deterrent for scam calls. Basically you put your catch of wanted callers into a directory and they go through automatically with a ring tone of your choice. Other calls ring once and are asked to identify theirself by name which it then gives you the option to accept, add to directory or block. If no name is given the phone system ends the call. My parents are pleased will the reduction in the number of unknown calls they receive. For someone that you want to protect from unwanted harassment or scam calls, this system is ideal.

This set is replacing an old Panasonic phone set. I miss some of the features from the old set that this new one doesn't do. When the answering machine answers the call you can only hear the live message recording on the base unit speaker, not on the handsets scattered throughout the house. It is very hard to see if there is a message on the machine. A tiny faint red light blinks on the base unit. No eye catching light on the handsets. I do like how cellphones link up with Bluetooth. That way I can leave my cellphone upstairs where the cell signal is and still be in the basement to answer calls. Just wish I could view texts. Those get missed.

If you are looking for a phone that prevents robo and scam calls look no further. This system allows you to enter contacts which can dial thru or require callers to identify themselves when calling. We used to get a dozen Rino calls a day now we get none. We also used to get several calls a day for a local pharmacy that had a similar number now we get none. The sound quality isn’t as good as our last set but it’s good enough. But I was in the verge of cancelling our home phones before getting this cordless system due to all of the robo calls we got in a day (these calls still show up in your missed call log but do not ring thru).

Good phone system. I like the privacy call screening. Works well. You can enter numbers of friends that call you on a regular basis on a white list. If the number is not recognized the system ask the caller to state their name and the system will announce who is calling. Other wise the robo calls are BLOCKED. YES I SAID BLOCKED! You do have to consider if robo doctor appointment reminders are important to you. If so you might have to turn the screening off. Sound quality is good.

Probably one of the better home phone systems I've seen. Call quality is excellent, range is good and battery life is excellent. Haven't tried the AT&T part of it yet.

This phone system is absolutely great at blocking unwanted calls and that is one of the greatest features about this phone system. The caller id announcing is also a major plus. It is also expandable and that's good. The only issue I have with it is that when you add more than 5 handsets caller id will only be announced on the first four. If you only have 5 handsets then caller id will announce on all. AT&T should really work on changing that for future updated models in case you have more handsets.
