Works great as a phone, but the added bonus of linking your cell is great. Easy to set up and now if someone calls one of our cell phones it rings to these phone and you can answer it from anywhere in the house no matter where your cell is. Perfect if we decide to lose the land line someday.

The phone system works well. It has many unique capabilities, some of which I'm still learning about. I am very satisfied with the phones.

this system was just too hard for me to use so I returned it. I believe it worked like it was designed to, but just too difficult for me. The Panasonic system seems easier to use.

Really enjoy the intercom system on this phone, it has a super convenient button on the side similar to a walkie-talkie style. Also like the block button feature for callers. Cons are buttons and display screen could have been larger.

I had a not easy time relating with the phone company vs the instructions from my best buy phone system. The phone has a pre installed answering service which meant that I should cancel with phone company. I finally got it all worked out and phone system is now working great..

Easy to use. Easy to install. The hookup to my cell phone is cool.

The instruction book is way way too long. I still don't know how to dial out on the phone. I don't know how to get the list of calls that have come in. When the phone rings in I can't see who is calling. It has bluetooth and cell phone. I don't need, and didn't want, all that. I only bought this phone because it has five phones. I didn't know how hard it was going to be to use. This would be fine for someone who is not technical illiterate. I won't give it a bad review because it might be great for someone who understands how to use it. It's not the phone's fault that I am not tech-savvy. But I still insist that the user manual is way too long and complicated.

Great phones for a large house or a family that loses them...

I love these phones but I will tell you if you are used to the GREY or SILVER ones or a lighter color these are hard to see because the background is so dark. Thats my only issue other than that it's awesome. They work as they should. Love the CELL CONNECT and the BLOCK PHONE # feature.

We needed phones all over the house and these work great.

The base screen went blank after 14 months. From comments online, this is a fairly common flaw. Didn't think it would be a problem because you can use the handsets for functions. Then I got a new cell, which can only be linked through the base. So now I want to buy the cheapest compatible system to use my 4 handsets that came with the original base. ATT does not sell a base-only product and discontinued the 2 extension handset. So phone originally cost $170 and now have to spend $99 to purchase new base and two extensions I don't need.

Too complex. I still haven't figured it out. Once I do, maybe I will like it better. The phone itself is nice and of good quality.

Perfect landline that allows for phones in different areas of the house and deck. Much easier than a cell phone where everyone must be in the same room for multiple people to be in on the conversation.
