    NOT an easy system to set up! Some buttons are flat with the case and it is easy to press the wrong button. There is not an address-book button, you have to press three buttons to get to a number you have saved. Thinking of returning it.

    Loved the blocking feature, but while talking, the phone produced a static buzzing sound the whole time. Could not hear what was being said. Put my old wireless phone back on and there was no buzzing. This phone must have been defective.
