Bottom line it is difficult to use all the features on the system and remember where everything is located/buried . Speaker quality is average.

Answering machine w/screening tools

The machine works as advertised.It automatically screens out robo calls and has other screening tools to be applied to all incoming calls. It's a b it cumbersome to use at first but the benefits rapidly out weigh any trouble learning to use it. At least 4 of the many people I've told about it are going to get themselves one.

A little difficult to not drop

This is especially true if you are going to try to hold your head against it and your shoulder to use both hands. It’s base is also so light that the handset easily tips over
