I bought this for my mom. She is very happy with this phone. She loves the blocking call feature

I have had better but it works. Batteries die fast

The phone itself has great sound quality, but is a pain to set up. You literally have to input every single contact you know for it to screen unwanted callers. It was a huge pain and even after doing all that, I still get robo calls.

Function buttons are too multi-purpose - make it more simple.

This unit hangs up on live phone calls or people leaving messages with disturbing regularity. Apparently due to the fact that I use DSL. Pre-filters all over the house have done nothing to alleviate the problem. Turned it off and gave up. By the time I realized this was happening, it was too late to return the unit, so I donated it. Waste of time and money. I gave up the idea of having a useful landline and DSL, it came down to an either-or scenario, and I need DSL more than I need another phone number.

POOR QUALITY WITHIN A YEAR ANSWERING SECTION HAD DATES AND TIME OUT OF SINC. SUDDENLY VOLUME BECAME WEAK.

I ended up returning these phones because the reception did not reach through my whole apartment. They also were too complicated to use!

I might go with another phone if I had the chance.

The sound of the phone is not great you would think it is but it's not don't buy this phone you want like it

Compared other phone systems like panasonic that we’ve had. These are not too user while using flash or speaker. Many people complain phone conversations cut out and can’t hear. Just horrible. Had high hopes.

Great phones, so many extras on it to make it a great system.

I am sure these phones would have been nice but when I read I needed to subscribe to a service for the call block to I took the phones back to the store.

Sound quality fair. Hard to customize. Confusing tabs. Only phone we saw with enough sets--five, one more than we needed, but we found a place for it. Didn't have much choice.

Phones work OK. No jack for a head set! Not easy to block a caller. To remove all old calls takes some time.

I needed a new phone system, but this phone set has sound problems, and everytime I spoke with someone on the phone, I got the same response: "Your voice keeps fading in and out!" Unfortunately, we had to return the phones. Of course, Best Buy was terrific about refunding my purchse.

People could not hear me, cutting in and out. Even on speakerphone, volume was not good. Buttons on main handset never worked. Returned.

Junk! Bought because of the Bluetooth technology to pair with our cell phones. After a week, it disconnected and displays "Bluetooth system busy" when I try to reconnect. Also, the phone is a slippery hard plastic that's hard to hold and push any buttons with one hand. The 2 buttons on the right side of the phone keep getting selected in error with the slightest touch. Wish I could return it! But I'll never get everything back into the box.

Not user friendly... When on the phone talking to others it keeps cutting off and sometimes it takes about a half min. to come back so you can hear the person on the phone..And I am talking about me on my cell and calling the house The house units cut the voice off Almost like it is a talk to hear system.. if its is.. Not good for home use.

This is a good product. I only wish I didn’t have to do the extra step to play back messages.
