Great intercom to have over different rooms.

This is a very good value for money phone/intercom. The base requires a phone cord, of course, but all extentions get the phone signal via wireless. It's great to talk for free between the rooms in the house/office.
Although the speaker mode works well, when using it regularly close to you ear I found the talking volume to be low. I expected it at least to allow me to set it to louder volume since this is a high tech phone. Maybe there's some law that forbids companies from manufacturing products that go over certain decibels - I don't know if other brands also have this issue. But I still think the volume could be higher without harming anyone.
At first I got some interference with the internet router, but changing the channel in the router solved it. Currently all works well.
The phone battery lasts a long time, don't worry about that as long as you put it to charge over night.

Pretty good set. Small and compact with good quality sound. The message indicator is low volume and the keys are a little small and hard to press.

Very good features easy to program

Probably the best feature is that the system can be programmed from any of the three handsets. I don't like that the outgoing message plays when a call is received and a message is being left.

I've been using the phone system for almost 2 months with no problems. Listening to answering machine messages from any handset is a very nice feature.

I just upgraded from my 15 year old 900mhz phone (sad but true). For the price (check your prices) I paid, I have no complaints. Sound quality is good. No static on line. Ringer is a good level. Answering machine works fine. Haven't had it long enough to test the battery, but I left it off the charger for a day, and the battery level was still full.
Overall, you get three good phones for a decent price.

Caller ID is next to impossible to read due to the backlight beigh a gold color. Also, the batteries don't hold their charge very well, nor do they last long either. I have always bought AT&T phones and I must say, these are the worst I have ever had,

I usually use Consumer Reports magazine to help me determine what brand and model I purchase. In their Oct 2010 report (page 41) they liked the AT&T cordless phones in particular model CL84209. Armed with that information I set out to Best Buy to grab one. Of course they didn't have that model but I figured I would stay with AT&T rather than a Panasonic. So I purchased model, EL52300. Got it home and tried it out for a couple days. The voice quality of this phone is terrible. On every call there is a notable background static noise at the end of each person talking. There are however other features that I do like. The range is very good, the numbers are large and light up which I find very useful and the flash, speaker, redial and mute buttons are easy to find. However nice the other features are, the voice quality of this phone is subpar. After all, the most important feature of any phone is the voice quality and unfortunately this phone just doesn't cut it. I am returning this one.

Out of all the cordless phones I've had in the past this is the best so far. The number pad is spaced out well, the speaker phone is good, I never had interference from another frequency and the price is good. What I also like about this phone is that it's expandable. Overall I'm pleased.

It was very easy to install the phone and set up the answering system. Barely needed to read the instructions, just very intuitive.

I bought this phone about 5 months ago and 2 of the 3 phones have bad batteries already. I'm down to one phone now and have no intention of replacing the batteries, which are about $25 each. Makes more sense to buy a new phone than 3 batteries every few months. The features of these phones are great but not worth using when batteries dont last.

I bought this phone system for business, because the product description claimed to have a headset jack. However, once I got it home and opened the box, there is no headset jack. I was frustrated and annoyed, and immediately took it back to BestBuy the next day to exchange it. Fortunately, with the help of an employee, we found a Panasonic system that DOES have headset jacks on the handsets.

My first one of these AT&T units lasted about 4 weeks. I took it back to the store where they begrudgingly replaced it. The second one lasted about 10 months and then went out. I am done with this product.
Its features are generally satisfactory, but reliability stinks.
