Have not had any issues with battery life or connections. Our last 'multiple handset' phones were panasonic...battery life started fading after about a year, then started losing connecting and dropping calls. I'll give these a year before I say they are better..lol For the price I have no room to complain.

I read all the reviews listed before purchasing this phone...so I was very surprised by what I experienced with this phone. First, I have been unable to have the blue tooth feature work correctly. I am able to connect my cell phone but once connected both the ATT phone and my cell phone (Iphone 4S) will go to a silent ring. I have disconnected the blue tooth and reconnected it several times. I have spoken with customer service at ATT but still have not been able to solve this problem. Second, I think the sound quality on the ATT system is very poor. Sounds sort of hollow and tin-y Third, the blue light that is on the phones is so bright that we are unable to sleep leaving the phone in the charging cradle, I have to take the phone off charge and than the light will go out. I don't know if you can turn this light off I have not bothered to see if it has that feature. I am debating returning this unit. The price was very good ($99 with free shipping for 5 phones) I am just really surprised at the great reviews this phone received. I can not give it any more that 2 stars because of the issues I have with the blue tooth. That was the main reason for purchase. I will call ATT tech support again to try and solve the problem with the blue tooth. If I am unable to solve this issue than I will return the unit.

The phones are very clear (even the speakerphone), and work well with one exception. I was unable to program one of the phones. They are also very bright, not good if you like to sleep in the dark.

We think this was a great purchase for our household. The phone system works great and the price was right. We aren't tech enough to use the blue tooth feature but we sure like the features we use.

Bought this on impulse but glad I did. Has been easy to use so far. Have not tried to connect cell phones by blue tooth yet.

This phone has all the features we needed and was easy to set up.

great for a large house where running wires is a problem.

This phone has many options that I will never use but the price was great. I only wanted 3 phones so now I have 2 extras.

great value. I'm a bit hard of hearing and I have no problem hearing when using this phone.

My #1 reason for purchasing this phone system was that it is described as having a headset jack. This phone does NOT have a headset jack. As soon as I discovered this, I stopped unpacking it and prepared it for return so I have no other comments.
