This cordless phone system was purchased because Consumer Reports gave it a high ranking for quality of sound. So far, so good! The system has met my expectations, and was an easy set up. It provides all the services I need at a reasonable price!

The sound quality is good. My only complaint is that the back cover of the phones kept coming off. I used tape to keep the covers from coming off.

I just bought this phone. I needed a wall phone with one extension. My last phone was an At&t model and worked quite well for 10 years. This phone is a very cheap version of the older model which is no longer available. The display is very poor. It has a blue backlight which makes it hard to read and the letters for the names and numbers are small and hard to read. I am really surprised that no one mentioned this poor aspect of the display. Unfortunately, the selection of wall phones is very limited. If I could find a better one, I would return this one.

I am so pleased with my recent purchase of the AT&T EL51203 6.0 expandable Cordless Phone System. It was so easy to set up, and it actually came with concise instructions. The numbers are large and well lit. The sound quality is really good. And it holds a charge all day. I am more than pleased with this purchase. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a landline phone.

They have good sound and a good range from the base. The battery lasts a while. It's easy to program the phone book program in the phone. They're easy to hook up. Some people think that dual phones are tricky to install. Just hook up the main one. Then the secondary.

The main thing of this review is if I would recommend this Product The answer is YES.. This is a good well known name brand it has a button to locate the phone if you lost it, the VOL sound is good the price is good.. this telephone has all the main features that you would really need in a phone.. Like phonebook, caller ID, speakerphone, redial It even has numbers from 1 to 0 and a star* and number# symbol my last words... BUY Enjoy Repeat

This phone sounds good when you put it directly up to your ear. If you decide to put it on speaker, I do not think the sound is quite as clear, but you can still understand the person speaking to you. My other AT&T phone had a light that blinked when a message was left for us, but this phone is missing that feature, which is nice to have. The phone is nice looking, light, and easy to hold.

I give these cordless phones a 5 star rating…great sound quality, not too big or small, and the price is great. We mounted the base phone on the kitchen wall..fits perfectly, clearing up counter space and holds a charge for a long time. The 2nd phone is in our family room in the lower level of the home, & we love it…can multi-task perfectly with the cordless feature….thanks, AT&T for a great product! & BEST BUY, TOO! :-)

I purchased this phone for an apartment, it works great. Good sound, speaker phone, and range on phone. Phone works great all over the apartment with no static.

Researched other phones prior to this purchase. Very happy with its performance. Easy to operate, clear sound, and holds charge for a very long time. Optional, can easily add on more phones. Quality & fair pricing.

Bought this telephone for a 93 year old aunt. The device needed to be easy to use, totally uncomplicated, without any features that could confuse her, like an answering machine. I also needed a good reception range, as my aunt spends quite some time in her back-yard and the previous Motorola phone didn't have a good reach. I got exactly what I needed. In addition to this: she is also hard of hearing, but by using the speakerphone, that problem got solved. Recommendation: if you need a telephone for elderly people, simple, unexpensive and efficient, you can buy this one (and not spend the ridiculous amounts they charge you for the Uniden phones)

Phones have very good range without any background noise. Easy to read display. Long battery life. Nice design.

Worked great. Compact, easy too use. Great sound and the ease of turning up or down and using the speaker phone option makes it very versatile in usage.

I bought these phones for my parents and they are so not tech friendly people..and they are just great for them. You can put the ringer up super loud and it gives you different choices for the ringer (I think it's more than 10) and it is super easy to use. They are light and not heavy at all!! I am happy with my purchase.

This landline phone doesn't have any problems connecting to the callers I need. It was affordable and has all the bells and whistles that a more expensive phone has and for half the price!

Not many people have house phones today, but I do. I needed to replace my old phone, and for the price for two phones, this was a great bargain. I have the main one in my family room and the 2and wireless phone in my bedroom. I also love the color and the features on this phone.
