Sound is terrible

This ATT product has terrible sound and is just cheaply thrown together. I gave the old V-tech to mom when she moved into a retirement home. I bought the ATT product for her after she moved. After testing it out I just couldn't do it to the old girl.

Phone I bought for my 80 year old mother bad phone

Thinking AT&T would be reliable, she lives alone and she needed a reliable phone. Boy was I wrong they worked on and off no sound half the time. You could pick it up and it would not work. Worst phone ever. I will contact manufacture to see if something can be done.

Dissapointed in AT&T

There is constant static with every call. We had the line checked to make sure this was not happening with the connection and it is simply due to the quality of the phone. I plan to exchange this item for a better quality system.
