I've bought two sets of these, the second because I originally thought they worked well. The second set died in about 6 months, and since it was not the battery, there was nothing that could be done.

made by the biggest garbage company I’ve ever dealt with. Vtech. ATT doesn’t make sht. Except headaches. Vtech makes these junk phones. Garbage phones lose 3 hours on their current time every time the phone rings. I set the date and time, call that phone, then watch the time shift by 3 hours. Att knows all about the issue but can’t get Vtech to correct their junk programming. For 7 years... YUP! 7 YEARS.... F this junk product. Buy American.

if i have a chance i will tack this phone back, do not care for it at all. i thought if i got a phone made by at&t it would be good , very wronge

Inexpensive, and feels like it is cheaply made. More static than it should have (and much more than my old phone) and can't have two handsets in the same room - too much feedback.

I was not happy with this cordless phone once I started to use it, also the answering machine was terrible you could not erase the old messages.

THE PHONE DID NOT WORK LIKE I WANTED IT. YOU COULD NOT HEAR THE PERSON THAT CALLED.I TURN IT UP AS HIGH IS IT WOULD GO. STILL DID NOT WORK.

This product is cheap in price. And guality.Unfortunity I did not have the box to return it.ATT products are not what they used to be.

Not very durable and uneasy to hold without your hand. Hard to retrieve messages and change volume but inexpensive.

Volume control needs to be stronger. As senior citizens we need more volume and this doesn't cut it.

My guest house is about 15 ft away from where the main phone base is located, and I can't call anyone from the second phone. I can't hear no one and no one can hear me. Horrible product!!!!

I bought this for my father and he had issues from day one. The answer machine voice is to low when someone leaves you a message. He called customer service to repair, he had to pay to ship it back, then they shipped him a new one - it did the same thing. So out the machine and the shipping!! Must be the product. The automated voice is load when it tells you that you have a message but the speakers voice is LOW.

Did not like it at all poor quality couldn't hear very cheaply made do not recommend this product.

I would not purchase this product again. The tone quality is not good or consistent. Sometimes, not often, the sound breaks up.

We had atleast 2 prior AT&T phones of the similar model purchased at another merchant. We had no complaints.This time, we purchased from Best Buy, did not open the package for more than a few weeks since we were traveling - Now we find the product is defective; After every 3 minutes, the conversation gets muted ! Frustrating. Money down the drain. Never again from Best Buy.

when i saw this system used dect technology i though it would be a good bargain for the price at the time , it was on sale for about $10.00 off. i quickly found out this phone and another att unit i tried had a bad echo problem , especially when using speakerphone feature. the answering machine works o.k. but still has the echo issue. i returned this product
