was not notified that needed plan first
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I explained to the Best Buy employee at Mall of America that I was purchasing this card to get my niece started on her new "pay as you go" phone and asked if this was the right purchase. I was told that it was, and did not find out until we got home to activate the card that I also needed to purchase a "plan" in addition in order to activate the phone. Very frustrated!!!
