I thought I just reload it but turn out I have to go back to Best Buy and they were so kind to call att for me to figure out what's wrong finally able to get it start again

Good cheap cellphone bill

Easy-to-use talk without the contract

Combine the two and you've got a great backup phone. I suppose you can even use these with fancier phones these days.
