The quality of the voice is all that matters on the phone.

The plan would be fine if it still offered unlimited data. Dont know if it was the phone i was using or just something with the service. I always ran out of data even though my phone was connected to WIFI.

I purchased iPhone 6 with Best buy. I had existing AT&T plan. They offered me good service to keep the same service. It was seamless process.

Purchased a new phone and financed it. Best to buy out it outright and have prepaid service

been with them since 2003 . lately their service went below par. hopefully it improves.

I got an IPad Pro on my plan and I've used it so much since I've gotten it.

Got best deal upgrading my phone using bestbuy option.

No reason to change from current plan as all devices are covered

I bought 2 phones to replace phone on an existing ATT plan. There was a mixup with the phone numbers so I only ended up with one and found out from Best Buy on the day they were to arrive. They could not honor the sale price for the other phone.

You should consider your options very carefully. I have had this plan for years and kept it with my new iPhone 7 to avoid paying more for unlimited data - AT&T keeps increasing charges every year even though I have not changed my contract.

Learn my lesson by signing up for a 2 years contract with this company, it's expensive and you are lock in for 2 years, not good at all, will not do it again

I will not change my mobile carrier simply because it'll always be " 6 in one hand and a half of dozen in the other..."!!

ok, I went from having unlimited bandwidth to have a limited bandwidth because we were still on an amount calls and paying a lot for it. But the trade off sort of stinks because now AT&T tried to get you to sign up for Direct TV to get unlimited bandwidth. Not a good deal when you can only watch one show at a time.

I switched to Verizon. The signal in my area for Verizon is better.

There is something wrong with my phone they won't fix it they say I have to take it somewhere else why do they they sell apple care

decided to keep my plan for now. they ran a promo that they wouldn't allow me to qualify for. will be changing soon

AT&T is terrible and wouldn't recommend anyone using them for anything other than internet at home

Do not buy these warrenty plans they are a waste of money

Been with AT&T for over 10 years! The directtv unlimited data plan is well worth the money. Also save $10.00 per month if you bundle directtv bill with your phone bill. Great deal!!
