Great hot spot for price. Connect anywhere like i needed.

Purchased this for a trip to MIchigan. Prior to leaving I decided to try it out. Glad I did had to return to customer service as it would randomly stop working and shut off. They changed the battery as it was not taking a charge. Once in Michigan I returned again to AT & T for problems, they were rude and gave me a hard time because I bought it from Best Buy. I don't know what that was about. I would think twice before I bought this item. I am sure there are more reliable products out there.

I love the convenience of the mi-fi having the ability to take internet anywhere you have AT&T service is a great luxury! Definitely a good purchase!

I was billed for two units (Mifi) at the Best Buy store in Slidell, La. This is very disappointing as I've had numerous problems with that store. Besides the billing it was a big hassle getting my laptop & home PC worked on & having "Webroot" firewall installed.

Great for on the go. Better than a hotspot on my phone.

Product works great, just wish att had unlimited data.

I needed internet and it wasn't offered in my area. My business relies on the internet heavily. My hot spot has saved my business. I love the fact that I can take to a customer's location and still access the internet no matter where they are.

BB rep was detatched and unconcerned with my contract issues. this is probably the third time I've gotten the "that's just the way it is" attitude from an employee. I'll continue to shop at BB because of the product---certainly not for the customer service.

I got this hotspot as a fathers days gift with my new tablet, and it works great. I love being able to use my tablet, pc, laptop wherever iam. I think everybody should get one.

I purchased this without knowing how it would help me . I love this and have no idea why I did not purchase it sooner. It works great when using square in my business and being able to look up information on site is so useful..

I received this item as part of a package and also purchased an iPad Air without cell service. I'm not sure this is worth having as it costs $20 per month when you can add an iPad for $10.

Love being able to use it with my IPad in the car and everywhere else. It has a secure connection!

I would go with Verizon's hotspot device. I didnt get too much reception while using it.

This was a "free" item when I purchased two 5S iphones and an ipad mini w/retina display (all on sale for a total discount of $250). I have not had a lot of need or opportunity to use the device to date.

Love it! Our satellite speeds weren't much faster than dialup. Now we're getting 15+ mbps. That's fast for us!

This is the first hot spot I have used and I love. Better reception than at home. I wanted wifi while away from home and now have great reception every where I go. Great value and very useful

Highly recommended for those on the go. Stay connected on all of your devices.

This MiFi Device is great on the road when you need a map, great at a store when you have downtime, and great because of its download speed. I don't know what I would do without it, now.
