glad I upgraded to this new wifi its great for the whole family

Great product. Enables u to have internet on tabletsand ipads that dont have internet plan built in,

I use this hotspot when traveling and do not have good internet connectivity on my regular phone.

I like the ability to have 10 devices linked to this device. Sales rep atBest Buy was wonderful.

We bought this product because we were having a problem with our Internet dropping out all the time. We were told this product was excellent and we wouldn't have a problem with it dropping out. Not true. We have had nothing but problems with it. Within 2 weeks of buying it, it wouldn't turn on or charge. We took it back to the store and they said it was fine but we might have to take the battery out once in awhile. We are constantly having to take the battery out and we are not able to get on the Internet when we need to. I don't think this is a good product at all.

Good product for people who need internet on the go.

I love having MiFi because I can take it anywhere I go and I know I have secure wifi.

I thoroughly enjoy the product and I find it much more user friendly than my laptop

It does what it is supposed to do if you are willing to move it whenever you want to use with a different device in another location. We are always moving it and our house is not large. All other modems I have worked with have had two to three times the range and they never had to be relocated to work properly.

This was a great recommendation by the Best Buy store personnel.

I turn it on a use it for my laptop when I am away from home.

It took me three trips to the tech department to get this to work. Over 4 hours of tech time to make it happen using multiple techs. I was told to replace the unit on the second trip which also too over an hour to accomplish. A real pain.
