    Ordered this because it said it would be delivered the next day when I needed it. It did come the next day ... However it wasn't activated and wouldn't work on the phone. After spending much time talking to AT&T, I called Best Buy. Got transferred a few times and then to the RIGHT person that was able to activate the card sent to me over the phone so my son was able to keep his prepaid phone on. A little bit of aggravation but all turned out well. I wish I remembered the customer service rep, so I could give him a shout out !

    I've been using this service on a brand new unlocked Galaxy S7 and now on the newest S9. I haven't had any service issues to speak of as far as getting "worse coverage" from having the cheaper service. If you want to pay the annual contract rates it depends how much data you burn through in a month. If you can manage a couple GB of data per month this is the no-brainer service to be on.
