    I'm not sure how you rate a prepay card. I will say that we've had problems activating them.

    Sucks cuz I bought it for a friend and whenever I went to their house to upload the card it said that it was a used card so I went back to Best Buy and Best Buy said that there was nothing they can do so I had to go to AT&T and they had to fix it
