I bought a Refill card for me. For myself. Because

Tried to re-up a go phone and was unable to do it on the phone that had lapsed. Difficult to do online because they changed the name of the product now. Be prepared for a flat fee of about $3 for emergency services, at least where I live.

I purchased ATT Hotspot and 2 $25 card for 5 GB data connection. It is so slow, could not use it. Best buy accepted the return of hotspot but they redirected me to ATT for returning the 2 $25 card. ATT redirected back to best buy telling that as it was purchased from best buy, they should return it. Best buy stores declined to accept it. Essentially my $50 is gone though I have been able to used hardly 500 MB of data from 5 GB data due to horrible speed. DO NOT BUY THIS EVER.

Internet doesn't really work. Messages do not get sent most of the time but I can count on calls going through. Not a good deal considering I am paying for unlimited and definitely not receiving that.

Prepaid internet access comes with a hefty bill, with all the app and access your limit is up in no time

Misunderstood use of this prepaid card..don’t buy below 30 refill bcz 25$ refill you must pay 25 cents per minute with use for one month only.

When I submitted the PIN to AT&T, it came up as already used so I'm out $30.00. I wouldn't buy it again.

The card was easy to load and the sales person was very informative about the process.

I bought and sent my daughter a new prepaid phone, and this card to apply to it so she could use the phone. Evidently the card had nothing on it. ..so, I had to go online and buy more airtime again. She lives about 4 1/2 hours away from me, so I had to do something to turn her phone on. Very disappointed. I hope she sent the card back to Best Buy like I told her to :'(

We ordered phone and minutes to go on phone they were out of stock on phone so refunded money for phone instead of sending all money back minutes don’t work without phone so we ordered a phone from Walmart and it is a piece of crap internet doesn’t work and it glitches constantly and phone freezes constantly

I bought this thinking I could use it for a new account; however, that was not the case I STILL had to add money via credit card/pay pal account to be able to purchase an actual "plan" to start using this phone!!! The guy told me the TOTAL opposite when I asked him in the store!!

I really liked best buy for their excellent service... but this time it has been different. The card did not load and gave the error that it has already been used. I have tried calling best buy, went to the store twice and even called AT&T but no one is able to solve and they just direct to somebody else!

This load was not load and it have no money on the card. I took it back and Best Buy refuse to refund me or give me new one. I call AT&T and they stated that card was not any good. No money on this call. I was very disappointing in this product.
