Customers value the ease of use and the competitive price of the $50 Refill Code for their prepaid hotspot and phones. Many appreciate the convenience of refilling their AT&T prepaid plans with this option. While some noted a limited validity period, others highlighted the option to earn rewards points and its compatibility with 5G networks.

Top notch service. Two lines on the family prepaid plan. Excellent price, excellent service. Not like the other clowns where you can't even watch a 1080p movie on YouTube.

LTE doesn't work (but 5G does weirdly enough), Mobile hotspot doesn't work.
Support is done over SMS, they tell you to restart device, and then drop the session while it's restarting so you have to start all over again.
Incredibly frustrating, would strongly recommend Mint or Visible over AT&T prepaid.

The estimated time of email arrival says 30 minutes. It seems to me that paying for your monthly plan this way is a huge waste of time. It's been over an hour and it doesn't appear I'll be getting my order anytime soon. I don't recommend anyone going this route if you don't have time to waste. What disappointment.

I’ve usually had positive experiences with receiving the digital cards. Not this time. Been waiting for HOURS. Definitely won’t be using Best Buy again.
