    When I tried to load my phone, it kept saying the pin had already been used. I called and was told the card left the facility and was never activated. I was also advised this was a known issue. The reason I ordered online is because there is not a Best Buy in my city. I had to end up going three cities over to take care of this.

    AT&T prepaid phone works fine. The top-up card has a value of $25. It will be more convenient if the card can top up any value we need.
