needed a basic phone for my dad , when I went to set it up at&t website, they required at least a $30.0 minimum. so I had to buy $5.00 more dollars in minutes from at&t website and pay a tax on top of that . I guess if you already have an at&t phone this refill card is fine but if activating a new phone $25.00 will not be enough.

the 90-day cards give us a good combination of minutes and usage days. We use the cards primarily for long-distance calls. AT&T has been easy to work with for us.

Brought with a new prepaid phone, when I signed up and ported my existing number too the new carrier they offered me a monthly prepaid plan, had no need for the card. Best Buy would not take it back. Check first too see if you need it.
