Excellent phone for my old dad. Hard to find flip phones nowadays with simple UI.

I bought this phone for my mom because she's not very good with technology and loves the phone

The way to input txt is super hard . Not like original flip phone. Names and contacts also hard cause you have to pick the key that goes to letter and then click okey on the top to input letter. Not very loud and does not function well with hearing aids

This is exactly what my mother in law was looking for. It worked just as expected.

The phone seems OK, but there is no documentation about entering contact names! I'm getting very frustrated about lack of documentation and stupid user interfaces. I earlier purchased an Apple TV, and the remote is so difficult to use, we have not watched one movie from Apple or Netflix! The remote is terrible!
