Not easy to use

Names and contacts also hard cause you have to pick the key that goes to letter and then click okey on the top to input letter. Not very loud and does not function well with hearing aids

No documentation regarding entering contact info

I'm getting very frustrated about lack of documentation and stupid user interfaces. I earlier purchased an Apple TV, and the remote is so difficult to use, we have not watched one movie from Apple or Netflix! The remote is terrible!

Horrible connectivity

During every call the person on the other end can not hear because the phone continues to fade in and out even at full signal strength. Some inbound calls never make it into the phone at all.
