Horrible connectivity

During every call the person on the other end can not hear because the phone continues to fade in and out even at full signal strength. Some inbound calls never make it into the phone at all.

poor excuse for a phone

Took over a month in a half to receive the new sim card. Then when they activate it they don't tell you that this particular phone does not receive multimedia texts. Returning this phone as soon as I can get them to activate his old phone. This will be the second phone I have returned to best buy...first phone cost over $80.00 returned it the next day and was charged a $45.00 restocking fee. Ordered and picked up the new phone same day...was $39.00....wondering what the restocking fee will be for this one?
