Great Basic Phone

My Dad is older and not good with technology, he does not want or need a smart phone. This is simple and does the job. Please continue to make these for people that need a basic phone, they are still out there!

Still having problems entering names and numbers. Can't enter passwords, due to not letters and numbers not entering correctly. NEED INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO USE KEYPAD.

Simple yet good

She had the old version of this phone. This is simple but good...has louder speaker and an easier to use OS. Great phone for what it is.

It is a life saver The iPhone always put me in bad mood because I would get lost on where to go. It created a lot of tension between my wife and I and this has made our marriage better because I can understand how to use this phone.

Obviously, it is not a smart phone, but if you don't need all of those other options, this is a good way to go.

My husband was so happy to receive it. I have never been able to convince him to upgrade to the newer phones. He is so happy.

Nice solid phone for when you need low tech

It can be a little cumbersome to use, particularly if you are downgrading from a smartphone. i do not remember my flip phones from years ago being this difficult.
