Had to do it multiple time because I have it for a hotspot and AT&T costumer service is trash.

Best Buy gave me this sim card because they screwed up my phone with a google fi sim card. Their tech support said my original ATT sim card was broken, which it was not.

Ok for emergency use only phone. Would not buy this again.

It didn't work. This was a total waste of money. It's hard to recommend this product when it didn't work for me.

The directions can difficult for some people and when you follow the directions to the T is still doesnt work and you have to end up calling them to deal with it....wont use att again.

When buying this sim card I would assume when you go online to activate the new service they would ask you to port a phone number. No it gave me a new number without question and I had to jump through hoops to get a normal human on the phone to help me. Terrible terrible customer service from AT&T

I purchased 4 At&T sim kits, when i got them home, I found one was already assigned some one else's number in Texas, one was never activated in the AT&T database by Bestbuy. I called Bestbuy in johnstown and was told by the cell tech to call AT&T, so i did, AT&T said that Bestbuy should fix the issue, it was basically a huge run around with me ultimately buying 4 more SIM Kits somewhere else and after this I will never use or recommend BestBuy again

Signed up for a monthly $25 a month plan. Was NEVER told this was a "special" deal that required a $300 up front for a full year. Even the Best Buy clerk did not understand this but managed to get the phone activated. Still had to call AT&T help to get it working. Let it go for 30 days and, of course, it stopped working. Done with AT&T.

Maybe I'm old school but its pretty ridiculous that these don't just come with the phone.

An employee made me buy this for the new s20 and when I went to at&t to apply it on my phone he said I didn’t need that and used my old SIM card. I was expecting the proper help from the getco and this is the only time BB has let me down. They did allow me to return it, but it took a while for them to accept it back.

Tried to register multiple times online, spent almost an hour on the phone with AT&T support. They told me that SIM number is wrong and cannot be registered and ask to return it. Don't understand how they can sell packages with invalid information....

Absolute junk. Do not try to use this with any other phone but a USA original unlocked phone. I am visiting family from Europe and needed a phone for a month. Att could not do it. Smart talk sent me an Apn suitible and that works. Don't bother with att. You will get the run around.

This kit is difficult to use. I will not recommend anyone to buy it and use it.

Prepaid only does not work for existing plans waste

An absolute Rip-Off!! The Sim card did not work and was faulty. I finally had to go to the AT&T store and get a Sim card there that actually worked. Very upset. Not doing Best Buy anymore!

With no help to suggest what I needed to purchase to get my prepaid phone working. I bought this thinking it was what I needed. Only to out was it not only not what I needed but was unable to get a refund.

I was tricked into buying this when I bought the Tracfone. Best Buy listed this as a bundle deal. I did not need this, which is why I am giving it one star
