Watch to be sure the cordless unit is registered!

I tried everything the manual said to do. I almost returned it, as I could not get the cordless handset to work. After going ONLINE I figured out I needed to unplug the battery on the cordless unit and unplug the corded set to clear the memory and allow re-registration (this was NOT in the manual). Very bad form!!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It provides good basic service, but the settings/buttons and manual are difficult to understand particularly with regard to recorded calls and how to access, screen, etc. and especially with regard to voicemail on this phone system and difference with Comcast cable voicemail. If not already bought, I would go to another brand that is more user friendly.
