Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It provides good basic service, but the settings/buttons and manual are difficult to understand particularly with regard to recorded calls and how to access, screen, etc. and especially with regard to voicemail on this phone system and difference with Comcast cable voicemail. If not already bought, I would go to another brand that is more user friendly.

I have voice mail thru my cable company and the phone does not indicate when I have new messages and that's a drawback. The price was ok and so far both phones are working.

not very easy to use and not good sound quality

People are constantly telling me I am breaking up on the handsets. It is more difficult to see who has called and I still haven't figured out how to delete just one or two old calls and keep the ones I want. I am not pleased with this purchase.

Sound quality not great.
