This is an expensive but overly complex and modestly functioning phone. The hand unit works well but the main phone is uneven. Sometimes connections are not clear. The complexity of simple functions is annoying. I only bought it because my prior AT&T stopped working just after warranty and no other phone had the 2 line features I needed.

wouldn't register with AT&T - CL80113, which was what the sales agent said would work. Four help desk people later - sales, geek squad, product specialist and then geek squad again - advised that it probably wasn't compatible and should return it. Call quality on the help desk also wasn't great.

Didn't realize the main station's phone was connected to base with wire. Would rather both stations were portable.

bought this phone system works good but hand set sent with it was for 1 line phone system this is a two line phone,

I bought this for my pizza place and the sound gets very muffled at times. Overall is OK but will have to find a better phone that does not echo when both lines are being used

My old office phone died and I needed another dual line with answering functionality ASAP. It’s sleek, has quite a few bells and whistles that I’ll never use and it connects to 2 cell phones (something else I’ll probably never use). It’s a phone, it takes and makes calls. Not loving the display when not in use but it is easy to read, large letters.

overall a very average phone system for office use...limited capability and functionality overall

Given that I didn't have many options, the phone works great. I only with it had more receivers.

This is a nice phone, but I really wanted the wireless feature so I returned it for another model.

Too expensive for a landline phone when nobody uses them anymore really. It is for 2 lines though.

product works well but if you need a phone with multiple lines or for business this will not work

just fair so far. Needs better directions on what the phone can do and how to do them

Very solid phone option for applications that require 2-line connectivity.

The directions are too complicated for voice mail. It is not convenient

It works. Has a 2 line system. But it echos when you have an incoming call.

terrible sound quality in a good looking phone - wouldn't buy again

The corded portion of the phone was fine, neither good nor bad but did its job. However, the cordless phone distorted the voice, broke up numerous times and we returned it. I had bought it because Best Buy did not have a Panasonic two line corded/cordless option. I have now bought a Panasonic from another store.

Felt a bit plastic. Not heavy duty but a good phone for the price.

The voice does a horrible job of reading the caller ID. In addition, the caller ID display does not insert the #1 in front of the area code. This makes the redial feature useless.
