bought this phone system works good but hand set sent with it was for 1 line phone system this is a two line phone,

I bought this for my pizza place and the sound gets very muffled at times. Overall is OK but will have to find a better phone that does not echo when both lines are being used

My old office phone died and I needed another dual line with answering functionality ASAP. It’s sleek, has quite a few bells and whistles that I’ll never use and it connects to 2 cell phones (something else I’ll probably never use). It’s a phone, it takes and makes calls. Not loving the display when not in use but it is easy to read, large letters.

overall a very average phone system for office use...limited capability and functionality overall

Given that I didn't have many options, the phone works great. I only with it had more receivers.

This is a nice phone, but I really wanted the wireless feature so I returned it for another model.

Too expensive for a landline phone when nobody uses them anymore really. It is for 2 lines though.

product works well but if you need a phone with multiple lines or for business this will not work

Very solid phone option for applications that require 2-line connectivity.

The directions are too complicated for voice mail. It is not convenient

It works. Has a 2 line system. But it echos when you have an incoming call.

The corded portion of the phone was fine, neither good nor bad but did its job. However, the cordless phone distorted the voice, broke up numerous times and we returned it. I had bought it because Best Buy did not have a Panasonic two line corded/cordless option. I have now bought a Panasonic from another store.

Felt a bit plastic. Not heavy duty but a good phone for the price.

The voice does a horrible job of reading the caller ID. In addition, the caller ID display does not insert the #1 in front of the area code. This makes the redial feature useless.

The whole idea of getting a corded phone was so I would have service when the power goes out. I was assured that this was the case with this model. Well, nope, power went out, no service. I didn't need to spend so much $$$. Very disappointed in Best Buy

The screen went out the second line and cordless phone stopped working within 16 days of my purchase. The company is giving me a run around about the replacement.

I've had this setup for less than a year and during the recent rolling power outages the base unit fails to come back on. verified good voltage from the power adapter. and there is no way to reset the chordless handset so I can use it with a replacement base. Avoid this phone model.
