I wanted to replace my extra phone because the sound was getting very difficult to hear on the old one. I most often use my cordless phones, but wanted a corded one again. Always like to invest in AT&T!

I was just looking for a basic phone with caller ID. I have VM with my phone company so that worked out fine. I would say the only downside is that it has limited volume control. Great for the money till I find what I really want.

For what it is, does, this is the same phone AT &T has made for years. It is cheap, easy to use, and reliable, if you want a plain hard wired phone.

I needed a good back up phone in case my cordless phones didn't work during a power outage. Since this one is a direct connect to the telephone normal pots lines it works without any additional power needed

Was looking for a phone without all the bells and whistles. This phone fits the bill perfectly. Although it uses batteries for the display, it will function perfectly in case of a power outage. Highly recommended!

Purchased this phone as a replacement for a wall mounted phone. When mounted to the wall, it was almost impossible to get the phone to stay in the cradle. Other than that, the phone did offer good sound quality.

My mom who suffers from dementia is able to use the with ease.

If you have to have a landline this little phone is perfect.

perfect for the job at hand , we use it for an emergency land line at our facility just in case of any issues that might come up when you need help fast .

I like the color, price, that the phone is lightweight, and that the phone has caller ID. I didn't like that I had to buy my own 4 AA batteries to power the caller ID as the phon did not come with it. Also, the way the receiver is designed, I am frequently accidentally hanging up on people.
