I was sent a returned phone

I am not pleased with Best Buy for clearly sending me a phone that had been returned, most especially during the era of COVID in which we live. The top of the box was torn open and there was a tape across the the top that stated inspected. The phone itself was loose in the box. When I pay for something new I expect to receive a new item. Very disappointing.

Not great for a phone
