I wanted a corded trim line phone and this was all that was available. It is average, works but feels cheaply made.

It’s a great phone overall, has caller id, contact book, and plenty of other features built in. Voice quality is great.

Good phone at a good price, works fine and easy to use.

it's good, i like it. it does what is supposed to do. if you're looking for this type of product, this is the one to get.

The AT&T black corded phone is a great quality phone at a low cost.

We have been having issues with our cordless phone and wanted an issue to use caller id phone that was corded. This one has worked great!

Does the job, by having a land line it's difficult to find a phone that doesn't need to be plugged in.

Love a house phone as cell phones will not work everywhere in the house. It simple and easy to use and has caller ID and easy to read.

Nice simple phone but you must have call waiting through your phone service for that feature to work.

I purchased this phone because I noticed in a horrible storm we were having that our landline (simple corded phone) didn't work. No big deal, these are cheap, but everyone should have a landline in case of power outages!! anyway, these phones are obviously basic and similar (or so I thought) this one was $17, all other corded phones seem to run around $10, but I was in a hurry. When I got home to set it up the sticker I removed from the caller id left a residue that not only could not come off but glazed over the screen. not a big deal, but it was an eyesore. The phone cord did not fit well to be mounted within the housing. Another pain, another eyesore. I left the phone plugged in (we were/are having many storms & power outages) and I was startled by the ringer...SOOOOOOO LOUD. adjustable, but not much. The ONE and only time I had to use the phone (storm 3 week 2) no power, I run downstairs happy for not returning it only to find it didn't work. No dial tone, nothing. ***RETURNED*** there was not one single redeeming quality about this phone, please trust me...if you are looking for an emergency phone, do NOT take a chance on this one!!!

phone is adequate for the intended use. should have a longer cord.

Device was a disappointment. Sorry. Volume control needs to be revised if this unit will be used.

pretty standard easy to use phone...not much to go wrong

I had trouble with the first phone. Flash button didn't work, Returned for another one. So far no problems.

This hard wired phone works very well. My biggest complaint is that when it rings, the caller ID information is difficult to read, it should be darker. I also don't like having to turn the phone around if I have to enter numbers or other information via the keypad. Considering the small number of hard wired telephones available today, this phone is a very good choice.
