Economical

The caller ID is hard to read and the ringer is loud at it lowest setting. It will do the job.

Item had been returned & put back on the shelf for purchase with no coil cord and inoperable. Because I was a day behind returning the item, they would neither replace or return the item.

CHEAP AND DIFFICULT TO USE

Bad Phone

It would disconnect when it was answered because the on/off button is in a very bad place. I returned it, and BB gave me a bad time returning it. After complaining they did take it back.
